DIGITAL PROJECT SPACE, 2022
The artist explores the Digital df studies practice of life and death existentially, paying attention to the existing rituals present in everyday life in a relevant context. The project examines the attitude to one's own life, the responsibility for self-adjustment of leaving life, transformation from a free being with the status of a personality through digital transformation into a digital thing and setting up communication between them, going beyond the demographic, political, social, anthropological, cultural characteristics that we consider our own.
An endless timeless immortal digital space specially created for the implementation of rituals of transition from physical to digital life with its own custom ritual through digital transformation into a digital thing.
In a white, sterile space, the blindfolded artist performs a performance, a sacred ritual of burying digital objects, covering them with the sands of time in an infinite length of time. The artist moved into this digital immortal world as the equivalent of a human on a less powerful hardware base at the time of the singularity leap into the post-human era and is now controlled by the sapiens machine.
